The ISMS Shipment Detail Page

The shipment detail page is a duplicate of the main (home) page of the ISMS workbook used to manage your shipment. Both the detail pages and the manifest pages are transmitted to the website periodically, usually not less than hourly during business hours. Additionally, the manifest pages may not be as up to date as the underlying detail pages, so be sure to always check the detail page for the most up to date information about your shipment.

What is ISMS?

ISMS, the International Shipment Management System, is the name of the combined software applications and proprietary functions used with them.

With a significant amount of customized Excel workbooks, FgL is able to provide clients with unparalleled shipment information, in formats which are often customized to the user's needs.

Using ISMS Online Shipment Information

For easiest access to your ISMS Client Manifest (the list of all shipments currently available online), bookmark the page that the manifest is on once you have accessed it via the login box to the right. This will save the additional steps required to access the system via the main page of the website and this page as well, taking you directly to your manifest simply by clicking your bookmark. However, it should be noted that from time to time, the manifest and underlying shipment details pages are moved to different directories. When this happens you will receive a browser error, and will need to access the manifest from this page once more. You can then re-bookmark the manifest.

HEADS UP ALERT!!

Several of the ISMS databases have recently been transferred to a new server. Testing to ensure accessibility to all data is underway - however, if you encounter any difficulties, please immediately notify FgL!
