According to a recent message from the NCBFAA, American importers can breath a sigh of relief (for now) that final passage of the bill in the House of Representatives was "staved off" due to objections of several trade associations of large manufacturers. The bill continues to be alive, however, and may at some point return with reduced impact. If this bill concerns you, and it should, please contact your local Congressmen.
