The basic service pricing is as follows:
$95.00 Customs Brokerage / Import-Export Handling
$ 2.00 Additional Tariff Line(s) [after 5]
$35.00 Bond Coverage [minimum, or $3.50 per $1000 value + duty]
$25.00 Other Government Agency (FDA) Declarations and/or Data Submissions, Including FDA, FCC, Lacey, Etc.
$ 2.00 FDA Prior Notice Filing [per FDA line]
$25.00 Importer Security Filing Fee
$15.00 ISF Bond Coverage*
*Does not apply to ISF transactions filed late, or that, at FgL's discretion and/or policy, pose risk of being non-compliant in any way. In these cases, an ISF Appendix D Single Transaction bond will be obtained from surety, and the transaction will be subject to surety underwriting requirements, which may include the posting of cash collateral of $10,000.
$350.00 Annual Customs bond
$300.00 Hourly Charge (consulting, etc.)
Most other charges are billed at cost, as appropriate. Other service charges may be offered on an ad-hoc basis without deference to any prior pricing agreements. Prices are subject to change without notice.
